This year we welcome Ottavio as the presenter of the Leichhardt MarketPlace  Cooking Stage.

Born in Puglia, Southern Italy, Ottavio is driven by a passion to grow and set a modern standard in the world of food and service.

He loves to share his wide knowledge and experience of the hospitality industry in Australia and draws on his Italian heritage where food is everything!
